The Polk History Center will host a Holiday Reading Series in October, November & December on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10am. Each event is FREE and designed for toddlers through early elementary age kids. There will be a story followed by a holiday themed craft to match the story.

October 9 – It’s Pumpkin Day, Mouse with pumpkin totem pole coloring craft

November 13 – Five Silly Turkeys with Turkey hand tracing/What I’m thankful for activity

December 11 – TBD

The crafts will be also be available all month long in the Curators of Curiosity Room whenever the museum is open (Tuesday-Saturday 9-5). Crafts and activities for kids of all ages.
