Seniors in Service - Health Buddies

Health Buddies is a volunteer-based program that connects trained, background-checked callers with older adults for friendly, supportive phone calls focused on companionship and chronic disease self-management. Calls take place 2–3 times per week over a 12-week period to help reduce isolation and prevent avoidable hospitalizations.
