- Fever or cough/Shortness of breath and have had contact with COVID-19 patient.
- Fever or cough/Shortness of breath and have a history of travel to or from an affected geographic area with widespread community transmission.
- Fever or cough/shortness of breath and have been part of a community gathering with confirmed COVID-19 positive patient.
- Fever or cough/shortness of breath and are 65 years of age and older with significant chronic medical conditions and/or an immunocompromised state.

In the absence of severe symptoms, you may be encouraged to self-isolate. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, or other potentially life-threatening issues, you should go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
