Join us on September 14th for BSP’s Kid’s Fishing Clinic!
Guests aged 15 and under are welcome to join us near the GiveWell Community Foundation Nature Center to learn important skills every angler needs before testing your skills at the Blanton Family Lagoon with our community partner, the Florida Youth Conservation Center Network.
Activity Stations will run from 10AM – 12PM and Educational Fishing will run from 10:30AM – 2PM! Kids must successfully complete all three learning stations before having the opportunity to fish and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.
The first 100 children who participate in all learning and fishing stations will receive a kid’s fishing rod to take home thanks to supplies provided by Fish Florida. Families will also have the opportunity to borrow rods from FYCCN while supplies last (adult ID required) or can bring their own rods for kids’ fishing.
*Bonnet Springs Park does not allow adults to fish on property; this educational fishing event is only for guests under the age of 15 with adult supervision.
