Head to Bartow, Florida for the annual Halloween Parade, followed by a CARNIVAL! Pick your spot along the parade route, and when the parade ends make your way to Mosaic Park and the Bartow Civic Center for a carnival with games, food trucks, rides, and plenty of fall fun!
Bartow’s favorite family tradition is now better than ever! Expanded food selections including food trucks; New games; Costume contest for store-bought and homemade; Crickette Club’s famous cake walk; Drawing for $500, $250 and $100; Bingo and much, much more.
The parade begins at 4pm. The carnival begins once the parade reaches the carnival grounds at Mosaic Park near the Bartow Civic Center; usually about 5pm. Registration for the costume contest is free and begins at 5:30 p.m. First contest begins at approximately 6 o’clock.

>Begins at Main St and First Ave; in front of the Chicken Shack
>West on Main St
>South on Broadway Ave
>Ends at Park Street, near the Bartow Civic Center. The Carnival will take place in and around Mosaic Park.
