Guess what opens soon?!? The brand new FLORIDA CHILDREN’S MUSEUM!
November 4 is the Grand Opening BUT we’ve got the scoop on how you can get EARLY ACCESS before it opens…
MEMBERS can play beginning the week prior to Grand Opening 
Sunday, October 30: 10am – 3pm
Monday, October 31 – Thursday, November 3: 10am – 5pm
Annual Memberships start at $120 per year for one adult and one child, and additional children or qualifying family members are only $20. You can join between October 30-November 3 and enjoy early access to the museum. (You can also pay per visit beginning November 4, but a membership pays for itself in just 4 visits)
I took a tour of the Florida Children’s Museum two weeks ago and it is AWESOME! Trust me when I tell you – if you live in Lakeland, Polk County, or Central Florida – you’re going to want to become a member and visit often.
There are toddler play areas, dress-up play, career play, stop motion animation, a green screen film area, a music room, STEM building, outdoor play, Blinky – a 100-ft climbable alligator, and so much more.
The museum is located in Bonnet Springs Park so you can play at the museum and go out and explore the park and playgrounds for a full day of family fun.
