Going 406

Going 406 is a baseball training facility in Lakeland. They have 6 indoor batting cages with Hack Attack three-wheel pitching machines that offer up to eight pitches at speeds of 30 to 100 mph. Dedicated areas where you can practice pitching and work on fielding, and tees are available for younger players. Batting cages are open to the public, call for current hours.
