Each week in Music Together® Mixed-Age Classes at Melody Makers, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the grownups who love them gather for 45 minutes of fun-filled family music time. Your teacher will lead you and the other families in music activities ranging from lullabies to full-on jam sessions (with child-friendly instruments, of course). It’s so much fun you won’t realize how much learning is taking place!
You’ll receive the award-winning music used in class, along with an illustrated songbook and other resources. As you discover new ways to play with music all week long, you’ll be supporting your child’s music-learning and overall development—even if you don’t think of yourself as a great singer or dancer.

Adagio Youth Orchestra is a new youth orchestra for ages 7 – 18 with the goal of providing music education to string students who do not have an orchestra program at their school, are looking to expand their repertoire and to learn the basics of orchestra performance, or simply to play for fun while being challenged!

We believe piano lessons should be fun, creative, and engaging. We take time to learn about your student, and use creative materials and resources to help them engage and learn in the best ways. We teach piano lessons kids LOVE! Piano lessons are available Monday through Thursday, from 10am-7pm. Lessons for ages 3 – adult.
The Coleman-Bush Building is a multi-purpose facility with attractive amenities including several rooms serving as rental space, meeting rooms, classrooms and a dance studio. This building is a fitting location for a wide range of events including weddings, receptions, reunions and many other types of gatherings. Kelly Recreation Complex is a 30,000+ square foot facility that provides a variety of features and offers the residents of Lakeland (and visitors) access to a diverse selection of recreation activities. Programs offered at Kelly Rec include pre-ballet for kids, adult dance classes (latin, swing, belly dance, line dance, salsa), martial arts, basketball, chess, sewing, guitar, etiquette, and more.
We are an auditioned choir for girls in grades 3-5 and boys with unchanged voices in grades 3 and older. Our young singers come from homeschool, public school, private school, and arts academy environments throughout the Lakeland area and Polk County. The choir experience strives to help each child develop his or her voice and to gain understanding and proficiency in music reading skills.

Rachael Hamblin is a devoted music educator for students of all ages. She has over 9 years of experience and has taught a wide range of students from Kindergarten to adult. Her desire is to make lessons fun and engaging as students learn to make music. Rachael has a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and is certified in the state of Florida to teach music in grades K-12.
JaM Guitar Studio in Winter Haven offers lessons for guitar. bass. and band music and performance. JaM provides individual instruction and group classes for all ages.

Music Fun Time is an innovative and proven early childhood curriculum for kids 18 months to 7 years old. It’s based on Johns-Hopkins Research that children 7 and under can learn to read music notation and symbols, and play instruments, while fostering their ability to grasp math and science as they develop.
I believe a well-rounded approach to piano instruction is important. I teach technique, ear-training, sight reading, performance, theory, ensemble and accompaniment techniques, and improvisation. Whether students are headed toward music study at a university, or taking piano lessons for their own enjoyment, they will receive quality instruction in those 8 areas.
