This family-owned tree lot offers a variety of fresh-cut firs and pines — all sold cash only. Starting in late November, Thormeier Family Christmas Trees transforms into a festive destination with a walk-through light display, holiday movies, and photo ops with Santa and the Grinch. Thormeier Family Lights event is on pause for 2025, look for it to return in 2026.

Cut your own live Christmas tree and enjoy a magical holiday experience at Christmas at Stanley Park. Families can wander the fields to find the perfect Sand Pine, Carolina Sapphire, Arizona Cypress, or Red Cedar tree, then stop by Santa’s Workshop to browse ornaments and snap a photo with Santa himself.
Don’t miss the Chubby Elf Bakery with homemade cookies, brownies, and s’mores kits for roasting at the fire pit. Take a tractor-drawn hayride through Candy Cane Lane, visit the remembrance pond, and enjoy photo ops across the festively decorated farm.

A reader favorite! Mike’s brings in fresh-cut trees from Michigan to two Tampa Bay area locations (about 45 minutes from Lakeland). Both open on Thanksgiving Day, with early sales once the first truck arrives (check Facebook for updates). They also offer flocked trees for a snowy look.

A favorite “cut-your-own Christmas tree” experience! At Ergle Farms, visitors can choose from Long Needle Pine and Southern Cedar trees and cut their own, or pick a pre-cut fir shipped from up north. The farm also sells wreaths, potted evergreens, and other holiday plants. Plenty of parking and no admission fee. {There are no lights in the tree field so go before sunset or take a flashlight}

At Santa’s Farm Christmas Tree Forest, families can wander 17 acres of holiday cheer and cut their own Florida-grown tree — or choose a pre-cut fir imported from North Carolina or Michigan. You can walk into the field, or hop on board the hayride for a tour of the 17 acres of Christmas holiday trees at Santa’s Christmas Tree Forest near Orlando.
Some dates include Photos with Santa, Farm Animals, hayride into the Christmas tree field, and the Jolly Acres Play Area – Tire Tangle, trike track, giant slide, crazy maze, barrel train & much more.
