Join us on Saturday, November 18th at 9AM for Kids Yoga at Allen & Company Family Lawn led by Evelyn Pena with Love4YouYoga.

We invite you and your littles to join us for Kids Yoga, where you’ll learn about the connection of mind and body while improving balance, strength, motor skills, and even emotional regulation.

This class is for ages 5 & up, parent participation is encouraged. No registration is required. Please bring your own fitness mat or blanket.
