Board Certified Orthodontists
Dr. Gregory Scott and Dr. Jonathan Scott are both Board Certified Orthodontists. Why does this matter?
An orthodontist is first a general dentist, then elects to attend an additional two to three years of training at an accredited residency program. To become Board Certified, the orthodontist then elects to take and pass examinations with the American Board of Orthodontics in order to become certified as an orthodontist. This demonstrates a commitment to excellence and gives these specialists a unique ability to create customized treatment plans and carry out safe, predictable, and efficient treatment.
Over 30 Years of Experience
Dr. Gregory Scott has been a practicing orthodontist since 1987. He has treated almost every type of orthodontic need you can imagine over those 30 years. Dr. Scott provides every patient with personalized care and attention to detail utilizing his vast experience. He is also a member of the Polk County Cleft Palate team and gives back to our community in a variety of volunteer programs.

Dr. Jonathan Scott joined his father in the practice in 2018 and was trained in the latest orthodontic innovations. He grew up watching his dad’s commitment to his patients and is now building those lasting relationships with the next generation of patients. As orthodontic treatments evolve, Dr. Scott will continue to bring more comfortable and efficient treatments to patients.

The team at Scott Orthodontics will work with you to file any applicable insurance paperwork and create a payment plan that fits your budget. Prices are comprehensive and cover everything including the retainer at the end. There is a monthly payment option without any interest, or a discount for a lump sum payment. The cost of treatment varies for each patient depending on the type and the length of treatment and the complexity of the case. You’ll know what to expect before you begin treatment.
