Future Engineer Summer Camp is intended for middle or high school students. Campers will investigate the design process and explore aerospace engineering disciplines and career opportunities including civil, electrical, mechanical, and software engineering. The camp provides a fun, engaging learning environment where campers will engage in design challenges and create projects while discovering underlying engineering principles and processes.

She Can Fly Summer Camp is intended for young women who are interested in the world of aerospace. Campers will experience a one-of-a-kind summer camp that will introduce them to various aerospace opportunities from women such as airport designers, pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers, airport managers, A&P mechanics, and more! Campers will also have the opportunity to experience the sensation of flying in iFly’s state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel after they participate in an immersive, hands-on experience guided by iFly STEM educators. Last but not least, campers will participate in a 30-minute discovery flight with a certified flight instructor.
**This summer camp is taught and led by an all-female staff.

Our Air Power camp is intended for students aged 12-16 who are interested in learning more about aviation mechanics in a hands-on environment. In addition to learning about procedures, practices, materials, tools, machines, and equipment, campers will explore design, construction, maintenance, and repair of Airframe, Powerplant, and Avionics systems within aircraft. Included in the camp are field trips to two aircraft maintenance facilities.

Our Take Flight Summer Camp is an advanced camp for high school students, intended for those who are seriously interested in and are considering pursuing their private pilot certificate. Campers will participate in accelerated ground school sessions covering the following topics: principles of flight, flight controls, flight instruments, weight and balance, performance, weather, airport operations, airspace, and navigation. After each session, campers will apply their instructional knowledge in our Redbird Flight Simulation Lab. At the end of the week, campers will take to the skies and fly in a general aviation aircraft with a certified flight instructor.
**Each week is the same content & experience.

Destination Aviation is intended for middle school students. Destination Aviation allows campers to learn and engage in ALL aviation-related career fields. Experienced instructors will help campers dive into the world of aviation through experiential learning opportunities, hands-on activities, and flight simulation. Campers will have the opportunity to participate in a 30-minute local exploratory flight with a certified flight instructor – observing first-hand the application of the concepts and skills learned during camp.
**Each week of Destination Aviation is differentiated and changes in complexity of material based on age.
