City of Lakeland Venue Rentals
The City of Lakeland has a variety of Event Venues available to rent for a private event. Contact the City of Lakeland’s Rental Office for more information on approved vendors and rental guidelines. Capacities listed are approximate, check with the City for current guidelines and pricing.

Lake Mirror Auditorium – The Lake Mirror Auditorium has one of the largest capacities of all the event spaces offered by the City of Lakeland. It can host up to 450 guests at banquet tables, up to 320 guests with round tables and a dance floor, with other configurations available depending on your event needs.
Magnolia Building – The Magnolia Building includes a scenic view over Lake Mirror as well as an outdoor balcony your guests can enjoy. It can accommodate up to 250 guests at round tables.
Peggy Brown Building – The Peggy Brown Building is lined with windows that provide views over Lake Mirror and the Amphitheater, ideal for an event at sunset. It can accommodate up to 150 guests at round tables.
Coleman-Bush Building – The Coleman Bush Building has two multi-purpose rooms that can hold up to 250 guests with tables and chairs, plus small classrooms for up to 80 guests.
Lake Crago – The Lake Crago Outdoor Recreation Complex is a multiuse facility in Lake Crago Park in North Lakeland. The facility includes classroom space, event rental space, an outdoor patio, and an educational amphitheater. Call (863) 834-2215 for more information on rentals at Lake Crago.
Bonnet Springs Park
Century old trees, classic Florida foliage, and state-of-the-art amenities are just a few things Bonnet Springs Park has to offer. Rental locations include the Event Center, Outdoor Kitchen, Treehouse, and more – the perfect location for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and more.

The Swan Room
The Swan Room is Lakeland’s newest venue in the heart of South Lakeland. The space is intimate, versatile and elegant. From birthday parties, corporate meetings, baby showers, or wedding rehearsal dinners, The Swan Room can make it happen. Rentals include all tables and white resin padded chairs. Smart TV available as well as a refrigerator and freezer. Guests may bring alcohol for a small additional insurance fee. Reduced hourly rentals are available on weekdays. Max capacity: 40.

United Women’s Club of Lakeland – Williamsburg Square
You can host an indoor reception or an outdoor event in this versatile event space located in Lakeland. The nearby lake is a perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding or event. Rental includes tables, chairs, and access to a full kitchen. You may bring your own food and decorations OR utilize their list of preferred vendors for your special occasion. The Providence Community Building
The Providence Community Building is available free of charge, by reservation only, on a first come first serve basis. Located at Polk County Fire Rescue Station 6 in North Lakeland, this building includes tables and chairs, a kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink – there is no stove/oven), and restrooms.
Available from 8am – 9pm daily. No alcoholic beverages are allowed. Max capacity is 56.

Stage Room Lakeland
Affordable and convenient, this event venue in the heart of Downtown Lakeland can host your next event with up to 120 people. The Stage Room includes two rooms with tables and chairs, one that fits 80 and another that seats 40. There are no limitations on food or drinks. You can bring your food or get catering from any of the restaurants downtown, many within walking distance. Rental prices start at only $100/hour.

Junior League of Lakeland Sorosis Building
The Junior League Sorosis Building on Lake Morton is a scenic location for events with up to 200 people. The building includes an outdoor garden and two indoor rooms including a stage. Ideal for cocktail parties, fundraisers, or wedding receptions.
The Sorosis Building can host up to 120 people for a seated event, and up to 200 people for a standing cocktail event. Rental rates include round tables, chairs, and buffet tables. Prices start at $1250.

Haus 820

Kathleen Area Historical Society Heritage Park
Eight-acre, tree-shaded Heritage Park is a popular indoor and outdoor venue for reunions, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and wedding celebrations. You can rent the Community Building for an indoor event, the Heritage Park grounds for an outdoor event, or both areas. No alcoholic beverages and no animals except service animals are allowed on Heritage Park grounds or in the Community Building. Prices start at $300.

Union Hall
This modern industrial event venue in Dixieland can host up to 250 for a mix and mingle standing event, and up to 150 on their outdoor patio. A stage is available for live music or other performances. Union Hall has plenty of on-site parking and outdoor seating, a large bar, and versatile event space.

The Sommer Building
The Sommer Building is a historic 2nd floor venue located in the heart of Downtown Lakeland that has been lovingly restored. Polk County Fraternal Order Of Police – Lodge 46
The Polk County Fraternal Order of Police has a Lodge that can be rented for events – parties, weddings, banquets, etc. – with up to 170 people. Rentals include tables, chairs, a kitchen with fridge, ice machine, stove/oven, a large main room and a smaller room. Prices are $500 for the main room and kitchen, or $800 for the entire facility.

Five Resource Centers are located around Polk County and serve the residents in those communities. Each center hosts various special events during the year and has areas available for private and community rentals. The Grainger Farm is a covered outdoor Agritourism venue that is rustic and simple.
