Looking for ideas to keep your kids active at home? With school out and no formal PE or recess, I’ve realized my kids still need to stay active every day, but often require my encouragement or participation. We’ve played basketball and taken lots of walks, but I also started searching for kid-friendly workout videos on YouTube and other websites and wanted to share them with you.
We’ve included videos that are actual workouts for kids, as well as some fun brain breaks and dance along videos just to get kids up and moving around.
All of these videos are FREE and be accessed through a smart TV, phone, or tablet.
