Corn Mazes and Fall Festivals in Polk County + Central Florida

Fall & Halloween Corn Maze Farm Lakeland

Are you looking for a corn maze, a working farm, or just want to get outside for a fall afternoon? Interested in a pumpkin festival or pumpkin patch? What about a haunted corn maze?

We’ve got a list of the best fall festivals and corn mazes in Polk County and across Central Florida. Below you’ll find corn mazes near Lakeland, Plant City, Tampa, and Orlando, some open as early as mid-September 2022!

Many attraction closures and event postponements have been announced beginning September 27 due to Hurricane Ian. We are editing our calendar and articles if we receive notice of event changes, but please be sure to check directly with organizers to confirm any events or activities from September 27 - October 2. A link is provided at the bottom of every event on our calendar and in all articles.

Editor’s Note: Here in Central Florida, there is some confusion around the term “Pumpkin Patch.” While up north and in the midwest this usually means a visit to a farm to pick out a pumpkin and enjoy fall activities, pumpkin patches in Central Florida are typically just pumpkins on the front lawn of a church because pumpkins aren’t traditionally grown in Florida. We do have a separate list of places to get a pumpkin, but if you are looking to spend the day on a farm doing fun fall activities, below you’ll find a list of fall festivals and corn mazes near you.

Don’t miss our Ultimate Guide to Fall & Halloween Activities for a full list of fun things to do this fall in Lakeland, Winter Haven, Polk County, and Central Florida including pumpkin patches, corn mazes, haunted houses, Halloween events, trunk or treat, drive-thru Halloween attractions and more.

A few tips for visiting a Halloween corn maze in Florida: Remember that all of the farms and fall festivals listed below are outdoors. Wear closed-toe shoes, apply sunscreen, bring cash and water. Activities are weather-dependent and heavy rain can close a farm for multiple days, so check their website or Facebook the day you plan to visit. This post includes affiliate links.

Please check directly with event organizers for specific dates, current ticket prices, advance registration, and any last-minute changes. While we do our best to provide accurate information, we include an outside link so you can verify the details for all events and activities.
